We’ve had some fantastic nominations so far and some more generous donations of prizes
Thanks so much to everyone who has entered nominations for our Lockdown Awards! We’ve had lots already for a range of different local individuals in Hertfordshire who you feel have gone above and beyond in helping others during the pandemic – teachers, supermarket workers, nursery nurses, local charity workers and even one lady nominating her best friend for being there for her during the pandemic and following a bereavement.
We’ve also had some more very generous donations of prizes from Botsford Bakery in High Cross and Debs Bonfield at Manic Ceramics in addition to those kindly donated by local author Vikki Patis, Brothership, Cherry Pie Makes, Silent Sentinel and Wyldedges.
Do keep the nominations coming in. You have until midnight on 6th February to nominate your local Lockdown hero. You can do so using the form below – please fill in your contact details. For more information see our previous blog post.
