Who do you know locally who has made a difference during the Covid-19 pandemic? Nominate them in our Lockdown Awards
It’s a tough time at the moment so we want to spread a little bit of cheer and shine a light on some of the amazing people in our community. During this Lockdown and the previous Lockdowns there have been some great individuals in Hertfordshire who have gone above and beyond to help others. We want to give them a little bit of recognition in our Lockdown Awards.
It might be a doctor or nurse who has been working around the clock treating Covid patients, someone who has helped neighbours by getting their shopping or volunteering, a hardworking teacher or an individual or group who made piles of scrubs for our doctors and nurses, or someone who has kept everyone entertained with online zoom classes.
We’ve got some great prizes thanks to some very generous local business people including Silent Sentinel, Brothership, Cherry Pie Makes and Wyldedges, run by former Hertford resident Wenderlynn Bagnall, and local author Vikki Patis. If you’d like to donate a prize, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please nominate your Lockdown Hero using our form below, giving their full name and why you are nominating them. The deadline for nomination is midnight on 6th February:
